Oh ye of little faith. (I mean me.) Previously, I believed that there weren’t many books covering cheese in Japan. And for a while, I honestly couldn’t find many. But as my Japanese improves and I understand more “kanji” (Chinese derived Japanese characters), I now recognize which books look like there are entirely on Western cheeses but actually have a couple chapters on cheese in Japan.
So much learning ahead and a newly acquired goal — being bilingual in cheese!
